She seemed rather new to the process, tho she did do a good job. Scott seemed to have a better handle on leading a video workout than Susan did. But Level 3? That would probably wear you out!Īs for the trainers, I really liked them both. And you could easily do that with Levels 1 and 2–do all 3 workouts back to back for an approximately 60 minute total body + cardio workout. So if all 3 workouts in each level are done, then you have worked your entire body and got some cardio, too. However, each level as a whole is total body. None of the individual workouts are total body regardless of what they are titled. Level 3 however is very intense! As for the “total body”–that needs clarification. Level 1 and 2 do not deserve the “extreme” label, but they are still great workouts.

They were all great workouts that got progressively harder. Having done the entire program now, I can say that I really enjoyed the workouts. Here is how BeFit describes it on its YouTube page: BeFit In 30 Extreme is a free, high-intensity, metabolic-conditioning workout program that focuses on power, agility, and strength to burn fat and build lean, toned muscle. So this review encompasses the entire program, including the first 3 workouts that I have already reviewed.

But, the entire 90 days (including the first 3 workouts I reviewed on DVD) are available for free on YouTube. However, the final 6 workouts are not available on DVD. So it’s really a 90 program, but has three 30 day phases. There are 2 more months worth of workouts that get progressively harder. Well, that DVD was just the first month of the BeFit in 30 Extreme program. You do each workout once a week and repeat for 30 days. Or do both: Although Be Fit Cherie offers everything you need for fitness, some members keep traditional gyms too. Trying new things: Have you ever wanted to try a class at a gym but felt too embarrassed? Our classes are the perfect way to try something new without worry! Less germs: Whether or not there’s a pandemic going on, fitness at home is more hygienic. Make it personal: Like traditional gyms, we offer 1:1 coaching and other great resources! Great for introverts and extroverts: In a virtual class, your level of social interaction is up to you! And although we encourage participants to have their camera on during a live class, it’s not required. You’ll also save big on gas and other transportation costs. Save money: Our memberships are $12 - $55/month whereas industry rates for a single fitness class are $35/class, so our memberships are an excellent value. And although you’ll need to dress for exercise, your “get-ready” time for an online class is much shorter! Save time: There’s no need to hop in the car and spend lots of time going back and forth to the gym. Instructors that motivate: Cherie & team’s energy and motivational skills easily pop through the screen! Between the encouragement and good music, it’s easy to stay on track in class. Traditional gyms tend to have a high turnover rate, which can lead to inconsistent class quality. She also carefully selects guest instructors with the same excellent qualifications. Consistent, high-quality experience: Cherie has over 20 years of live fitness teaching experience with people of all ages and abilities.
