I had provided them with an email highlighting the dates that I would be available to accept delivery and of course they first tried to schedule me on a date I would not be available, and then scheduled me for the last possible date before I left for a trip. I was somewhat less than pleased with the White Glove Provider who consistently failed to communicate with me in a timely fashion: first with assigning me a delivery date and then when their technician failed to meet the first delivery window (2pm - 5pm), and second delivery window (6pm), and finally had not shown up by 7pm.
